KindSearch is a search engine built with a greater purpose in mind — to help nonprofits and causes succeed in their mission. 

KindSearch is a full-scale search engine just like Google, Bing or Yahoo. The only real difference is in our business model. Instead of spending money on marketing we encourage nonprofits of all sizes to promote our product to their supporters and in return we share our advertising income with them. KindSearch makes supporting your favorite charitable organization super easy - just use KindSearch when you are looking for something online and we automatically donate to the eligible organization of your choice. 

Our Story

During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we saw the effect the lockdown and economic uncertainty had on nonprofits. Some people spent their lockdown honing skills or partaking in self-care. We spent ours thinking about how to create a sustainable way for nonprofits of all sizes to raise money without actually requesting monetary contributions. A way for people to continue to contribute to the greater good while facing economical challenges. The goal: To create a product that generates revenue from everyday activities. The result: A kinder way to search the internet.
